Optimism and happiness

Optimismo y felicidad

The November flower is the chrysanthemum, a flower whose origins date back to around 1500 BC in China. They were considered a symbol of the sun and were highly valued in ancient times. Over the centuries, they spread throughout the continent, reaching Japan in 300 AD, becoming a distinctive and unique emblem for emperors during the Meiji era. For the Japanese, their flowers represented perfection. For Confucius, they were an object of meditation.

The flower got its name from the color of its golden petals: in Latin, its name is Chrysanthemum, which can be interpreted as a golden flower.

It is said that if a single petal is placed at the bottom of a wine glass, it will bring a long and healthy life.
